Technical assignment
Before starting the work, I will agree with you on a technical assignment — a textual description of the desired result based on your descriptions and references. This will serve as the primary guide for the image.
A clear and precise description will save your time helping to avoid unnecessary revisions and misunderstandings.Work Process
✧ Agreement on the technical assignment
✧ Agreement on stages and deadlines
✧ Creation of rough sketches.
These serve only for establishing the composition
✧ Approval of the rough sketch by you & full payment
✧ Completion of the final artwork by me according to the agreed stages and intermediate deadlines
I will share the work at each stage so you can provide feedback and we can make quick adjustments if necessaryEdits & Adjustments Policy
✧ Edits that align with the technical assignment are free until the detailed sketch is approved
✧ Minor edits after the detailed sketch approval are also free (example: adding a button or changing the eye color)
✧ Major edits after the sketch stage or edits that do not match the approved technical assignment will be charged at a rate of $10 per hourDeadline and Emergency Policy
✧ I may request a deadline extension of up to three calendar weeks in case of illness or other emergency situations, with prior written notice
✧ The deadline may be shifted if major revisions, requiring more time for implementation, are requested by you. In such cases, we will agree on new deadlines.
✧ The deadline may be shifted if you are unresponsive, delay payments, etc✧ Unfortunately, I do not have the technical opportunity to process refunds for international clients
Therefore, if I miss the deadline for any reason due to my fault by more than one week, I will offer you free drawings equivalent to 5% of the total amount of the original order for every three business days of delay.
